Los Beatles tocaron hoy en La Caverna a la hora de almuerzo, y en la noche se presentaron en el Ballroom Tower de New Brighton, Wallasey, por tercera vez.
Se trataba de un evento de 6 bandas organizado nuevamente por Sam Leach y llamado «Big Beat Session» que duró 5 horas y media. Las bandas fueron Rory Storm and The Hurricanes, Dale Roberts and the Jaywalkers, Kingsize Taylor and the Dominoes, Derry and the Seniors y Steve Day and the Drifters. Al lugar acudieron 2,000 personas.
